Teens! Feel free to offer feedback for upcoming programs, and collection development. Specifically, you can offer advice regarding what books, graphic novels, audiobooks and materials you would like to see added to the teen section.
TEEN PROGRAMS
April 14th – 19th – Spring Flowers Scavenger Hunt
Come find and learn about spring flowers in the children’s section and earn a fun prize!
For all teens and children!
April 30th @ 6pm – Teen Spring Ornament Craft
Craft paper ornaments out of cupcake liners for your windows, lockers, or bulletin boards!
Ages 11+. Please register.
May 10th @ 10am – Learn About Horses
Bring a blanket, or fold out chair, and sit on our lawn while we learn all about horses! Operation Hold Your Horses, from Harwinton, is bringing two ponies to the library to help us learn. Families will be able to pet and take pictures with the animals after the presentation.
All ages. No registration needed.
If there is bad weather, we will try to move the program to another date.
May 14th @ 6pm – Teen Watercolor Book Tracker Craft
Enjoy using watercolors and collage to create your own personal book tracker for summer reading!
Ages 11+. Please register.
