Spring Storytimes
Third Week of April – First Full Week of June
Monday’s @ 1pm
Ages 3-6.
We will read two books, instead of one. We will have a different hello song and educational songs to start, and we will have a slightly more complex craft with these older kids!
Tuesday’s @ 10am or Thursday’s @ 10:00am
Ages 0-3.
Read one book, sing songs, and do a craft with Mrs. Molly!
Please register for the day of the week you wish on our Events Calendar. Signing up for one will sign you up for the rest of that particular day for the rest of Spring Storytimes (so you only have to register once).

One of our local homeschooling mom’s, Andrea Fitzpatrick, is providing a homeschooler storytime for homeschoolers in the area! All are welcome, of course, whether they are homeschooled or not! Learn about all sorts of interesting topics and color while you listen!
Ages 6-10 years old.
Parents must attend with their kids.
No need to register.

May 8th @ 6pm – Mother’s Day Tea and Chocolates
Celebrate Mom with a whimsical Tea Party celebration! Participants will dress in fancy hats to enjoy vintage displays, Mother’s Day trivia, poetry, and a sampling of teas, fine chocolates and baked goods. Licensed chocolatier Kim Larkin returns to the Library to host this festive program.
This program is for ages 12 and up. Please register.
May 25th @ 10:30am – Hooked on Llamas
All ages are welcome to come to this llama program! There is going to be a real llama in the library!
Come pet the llama and learn about all the uses for llama.
If we can have the program on our front lawn then we will, but if the weather is bad we will be inside.

June 8th @ 10:00am – Teddy Bear Sleepover
Bring your favorite stuffy to the library Friday evening before 5:30pm, then come to the library Saturday morning for a storytime and discover what your stuffies did all night!
There will be a small breakfast provided of hot cocoa and munchkins. We will then read a few stories and do a craft!
Ages 0-8.
Please register each child separately.

Harwinton Public Library offers monthly programs for teens, as well as young adult books, audiobooks, games, and graphic novels.
