DESCRIPTION:Are you resolved to feeling better in the new year? Can sound bath healing help both your aches and pains and your state of mind? Join sound vibration therapy practitioner Jeanine Chayka of Inspired Vibration by JC for this introduction to Sound Bath Healing. Jeanine will offer a short introduction to the principles and practices of sound healing\, then lead participants on a guided meditation focused on pain relief\, using tuning forks\, drums\, singing bowls and other instruments. There is no physical contact during this program. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing and are invited to bring a yoga mat if they prefer it to a chair.\nSpace is limited.
