SUMMARY:Guided Sound Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Join Sound Therapy practitioner Jeanine Chayka of Inspired Vibrations by JC for an introduction to sound meditation. Jeanine will present a brief introduction to the principles of sound and vibration healing\, then lead participants through a guided meditation using tuning forks\, drums\, crystal bowls and other instruments. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing and are welcome to bring a yoga mat if they prefer it to a chair. This program is offered as part of our weekly Mindful Meditation series\, but you do not need to be a member of our meditation group in order to attend.
