The decade the brought us jazz, flappers, and the crossword puzzle also brought us gangsters, prohibition, and presidential scandals and tragedy. How has our modern society been shaped by the changes that took place in this tumultuous decade? The Harwinton Library Friends and the Harwinton Historical Society invite you to join Jason Scappaticci, the Bow Tie Historian, for a look at the Roaring 20s.
