Mindful Meditation – 4 pm

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Monday, repeating until May 24, 2021
Please join our afternoon meditation group. We are a friendly and flexible group that meets weekly. New members of all experience levels are welcome. Each session is about an hour long, with 20 minutes of meditation and discussion before and after. We are currently meeting virtually, but hope to transition to in-person sessions outdoors or inside the Library when conditions allow. Please register if you are interested and you will receive Zoom login information before the meeting.
