Mindful Meditation 4 pm

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Monday, repeating until August 31, 2021
Please join our afternoon meditation group. We are a friendly and flexible group that meets weekly. New members of all experience levels are welcome. Each session is about an hour long, with 20 minutes of meditation and discussion before and after. We are meeting at the Harwinton Library and decide that day if we will be outdoor or in (if the weather is bad). Please register if you are interested and you will receive meeting information.
